Written by Duke Bosire

Kisii University don Nyachieo Bogonko has said that he believes the election of  Donald Trump as the next president of America is good news for Africa but a disaster for immigrants. The University of London-educated historian on Wednesday urged African leaders to be prepared for ‘tough’ times ahead due to Trump’s conservative approach to autocratic leadership. Many countries in Africa are governed by dictatorship and it has been seen that Trump is going to try and discontinue such governments. Bogonko also said that Trump swore that he is going to deport illegal immigrants, and those from the Islamic religion. It has also been said that Trump will build a large wall around the Mexico border.
